One thing I like about blogging is being able to write about other peoples achievements ..especially those that help inspire others by doing something thats out of their comfort zone ..and James Hares is one of those kinda guys .. woke up one morning and said hey i’m going to run an ultra (or rather was talked into it but same difference ).. and thats what he did ..in the shape of “The Dubai Marathon Twice ” and not only as a personal achievement for himself but also to raise money to help someone else ..and I think that’s pretty awesome ..so fortunately for me James wrote me a pretty dam good race report of his immense effort and achievement..so I’ve pasted it here in his own words … Read more…
Rather Belated Congratulations to the wonderful Anja Thomsen for another awesome performance ..this time taking on and smashing The Northface 100km in Thailand earlier this month.

So its 2013.. whats there to look forward to this year in the sand pit ..well thats simple ..non stop trail running for one ..with the great temperatures at the moment there should be no stopping you if your looking to try hitting something new running wise and decided to head out and explore the wilder elements of what the UAE has to offer.
